Creating quilts is my art and my passion. I make sure that I only use top quality materials and I take pride in the precision of my piecing and finishing work.
All quilts are one of a kind, though if you see something you like and would like to request different colors or fabrics, we can talk.
Payment Methods: I accept PayPal, money orders (including international money orders) and personal checks.
If I receive a personal check I may have to wait until the check clears before sending out your order.
Taxes: If you live in the state of Washington, PayPal will automatically add 9% to your invoice.
Methods: I ship by USPS, Parcel Post, which may take as much as a week to arrive to US locations. The reason for this is that some quilts are heavy and shipping Parcel Post will save you money. If you are in a hurry, I would be happy to send Priority or even by Express. Just let me know your preferences and I will let you know how much the additional charge will be.
Turn around time: Once payment is received I will ship within a day or two.
Insurance and Confirmation are included.
I do ship internationally. However items weighing over 4 pounds will cost significantly more.
Refunds are permissible but the buyer must pay shipping for the return (and the item must arrive intact). Exchanges are permissible but the buyer would pay shipping for return of item and sending out the new item.
Any damage that occurs during shipping entitles the buyer to a complete refund (or exchange) minus shipping costs.
All batik fabrics are pre-washed and you should not experience any problems with laundering.
